Funday 2024

Fairbank United FC organized their Annual Christmas Holiday Playscheme, which took place over 3 fun-filled days at the Mosque. The children enjoyed a variety of activities, including football, ping pong, board games, and dodgeball, keeping them active and entertained throughout the event. Each day, the kids were provided with a delicious lunch, along with drinks and snacks to keep their energy up. A huge thank you goes to Cha Cha Chai for providing such excellent meals for the children. On the final day, the group had an exciting visit to Insane Air. The kids had a fantastic time jumping and playing, making it a perfect way to wrap up the playscheme. We would also like to extend a huge thank you to Masjid Umar for allowing us to use their fantastic facilities, which helped make the event possible. The kids had an amazing time, and everyone involved had a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience.

Fairbank United , took over 80 children, aged 7 to 13, to an action-packed day at the popular indoor trampoline park, Insane Air . The event doubled as a celebration for the club's U12 and U13 teams, both of which recently finished at the top of their respective leagues. The young players enjoyed the evening of high-energy fun at the trampoline park, bonding over flips, games, and other activities. Shazad Bashir, chairman of Fairbank United, shared the club's excitement about creating these memorable experiences. “We want our players to build friendships, develop confidence, and simply have fun,” he said. “Events like this help bring the community together and create lasting memories.” Dedicated to fostering both athletic skills and community spirit, Fairbank United has long been a positive force for Bradford’s youth, providing an inclusive space where children can grow on and off the field. The club plans to organise more community-focused events, supporting its mission to enrich the lives of young players beyond football.
